| I am sorry but I had to take a stab at President Obama. It's a parody attempt on the famous "Hope" poster by Shepard Fairey leading up to the 2008 US presidential elections. Shepard Fairey was one of the artist in the documentary Exit Through The Gift Shop. The word "Hoped" is used to create this image and express the disappointment felt by many Americans.
